Agistment paddocks are the responsibility of the horse owner and they must clean the manure weekly to promote grown and minimise the worm count. The water troughs are also the responsibly of the horse owner and must be kept clean. The below chart is updated every Tuesday and shows clearly how clean the paddocks and troughs are.
If a paddock has 2 stars or less for 3 weeks in a row a first and final warning will be sent out. If the following week the paddock has not improved the horse owner will be asked to be remove the horse from NEGS.
During the school holidays girls paddocks will be cleaned by NEGS staff, for any more then 2 wheelbarrows there will be a charge of $10 per wheelbarrow.
